Пылесос, пришел вовремя, очень хорошо и плотно упакован, качество просто превосходное, комплект полный, имеются запасные вращающиеся щеточки, инструкции правда на русском языке нет, приложение к нему установилось без проблем, пылесос зарегистрировался в приложении, в нижней части пылесоса QR код для его установки и подключения к телефону, так же в комплекте резервуар для влажной уборки, когда первый раз включили, наблюдали за ним всей семьей, особенно кот был просто в диком восторге , после уборки, когда снимаешь с него пылесборник, просто в шоке от того, где он находит столько пыли и грязи, полного заряда ему хватает примерно минут на 40 за это время, он полностью успевает объехать всю квартиру 2 раза, у нас 3х комнатная квартира 53кв, когда разряжается, сам едет на базу, из любого конца квартиры, сам находит, главное чтобы на полу не было крупных предметов, может проехать под мебелью выше 8см. Очень довольны, стоит своих денег!

Пишу отзыв после месяца использования. К продавцу претензий нет, доставка очень быстрая, курьер домой принёс. Теперь о пылесосе: сухая уборка устраивает, но не всегда он точно проходит всю комнату, в центре остаются места, которые он не задел даже и игнорирует их. По какой причине-не понятно. Пыль собирает и шерсть ( у меня кот) но ему нужно время уделять, следить либо всё на верх убирать с пола. Влажная уборка не устроила совсем. Намочила тряпочку, как и писали в отзывах, но это не уборка конечно, а так, не знаю даже что. У меня в комнатах ламинат, в кухне и коридоре половая плитка, и там и там остаются разводы и серьёзные. Добавила в бочек средство для мытья полов пару капель, может из-за него. Но в ручную с ним мыла, разводов не было. Базу ищет хорошо. На ковёр запрыгивает, если он большой, маленький собирает в кучу или в сторону уползает коврик. Вывод: сухая уборка 5, влажная 2. Продавец отличный! Инструкцию скинул на электронку. Управляю через приложение, очень удобно.
Пылесос супер! Пылесосит хорошо, при первом запуске была в шоке от количества грязи и пыли. Моет несильно, но это же влажная уборка, а не полноценное мытье полов. И даже при мойке собирает остатки мусора. Крутой, очень крутой! Порожек преодолевает отлично.

Для второй уборки заклеил изолентой 2 мембраны, по которым вода из резервуара поступает на тряпку. На мой взгляд, несколько более влажный, чем хотелось бы, пол получается после уборки. Оставшихся 4х мембран достаточно. Работа робота впечатлила, поэтому заказали второго такого же: наш двухэтажный дом с сухой и влажной уборкой занимает у робота довольно много времени. Всем добрый день! Первый робот пришел с браком, мы не сразу поняли, но в начале он сразу стал что-то говорить: чуть-чуть поработает (5 мин) и ошибка. Решилась она тем, что мы нашли в ютубе обучение этих роботов от падения-там несложные настройки и они помогли, без них робот ехал по столу и не собирался останаливаться на краю. После намтройки он стал работать, но то нормально ездил, то исключительно кругами. Включаем его, причем любой из режимов, ему пофиг, он кругами фигачит. Писала продавцу, он сначала мне прислал русскую инструкцию, там ничего такого, потом говорил почистить датчики( это мы и сами делали), потом говорил снять видел, что колеса у нас по-разному ходят, но они ходили одинаково, когда мы их руками проворачивали. В итоге продавец попросил прислать видел, как я его протираю. Я подумала, что протиранием проблему точно не решим и пока был бесплатный возврат, сдала его, указав проблему с качеством. Не знаю, что за глюк, но он был конкретный. Деньги вернули быстро, за неделю.

Заказывал доставкой с Чехии, продавец выслал с Испании. По времени доставка была дольше, чем ожидалось, но в целом пришло довольно быстро, продавец отзывчивый и всегда ответит на вопросы, сказал что запчастей в Чехии не было. Попросил инструкцию на русском, обещали выслать но нет, на английском все понятно. Робота подключил приложением через телефон, все работает как надо, с баком для воды тоже проблем нет. Может долго не находить первый раз базу, потом вроде лучше и быстрее. Может заехать куда-то под тумбочку и застрять, если перед протискивается- потом только в ручную доставать. Памяти нет, если робот ушел в ошибку - начинает делать уборку с нуля. Для каждодневного использования хорошая вещь - пока не дома чере з приложение ставишь на уборку, к приходу более менее чисто. Дома кот, линяет достаточно сильно- пылесос справляется и с этим достаточно не плохо. В общем рекомендую брать по скидке, позже постараюсь дополнить комментарий. Продавцу спасибо за ответы на все мои вопросы!

Quitando un pequeño retraso debido a la.situacion actual, el pedido llegó en muy buenas condiciones. En el retraso el vendedor se puso el en contacto conmigo de forma continuada explicándome e informándome de la situación en todo momento, esto nunca me había pasado con ningún vendedor por lo que recomiendo este vendedor un 100%. Respecto al producto lo he probado poco pero ha sido muy fácil de configurar tanto en la app como en Google home, funciona perfecto, y lo poco que lo he visto en marcha la verdad es que los sensores funcionan muy bien, es silencio y en principio supera todas las espectativas, estoy muy contento. tanto producto como al vendedor los recomiendo al 200 %.

Ik heb alleen nog de stofzuigfunctie geprobeerd, maar ben nu al fan! De robot gaat gewoon over het hoge tapijt, dus ben erg blij! In vergelijking tot een normale stofzuiger is het geluid veel zachter. De communicatie vanuit de verkoper is erg goed. Je wordt gelijk op de hoogte gesteld van de status van je bestelling. 14 augustus besteld, 2 september in huis. Normaal gesproken is de levertijd nog korter zelfs, maar ook dit vond ik een korte levertijd. De bestelling kwam vanuit Spanje. Ik kan de verkoper zeker aanbevelen.
Product aangeleverd zoals is omschreven. Binnen 1 week geleverd. Communicatie met verkoper is goed. Reageert snel en is behulpzaam. Makkelijk te instaleren. Koppelen aan Google homebox is eenvoudig. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend. Over enkele weken zal ik nog een update plaatsen met ervaringen van de Neatsvox x500.

Заказ был выполнен быстро. Заказала 26.08, курьер принёс 02.09 домой. Пока не пользовалась, надо разбираться с подключением. Руководство пользователя на английском языке, это лучше, чем на китайском, конечно, но немного напрягает. Но разберусь. Потом напишу впечатления.
Заказ я оформила 28.08.20, получила курьером 01.09.20. Отлично. Товар упакован в картонную коробку. Внутри была ещё одна коробка. Ёмкость для воды в отдельной упаковке (на фото видно, она белая, закреплена сверху). Комплект: пылесос, по паре боковых щёток, щёточка для очистки, ёмкость для влажной уборки и запасная губка для влажной уборки, пульт управления (не комплектуется элементами питания, об этом написано у продавца), база зарядная, адаптер питания, дополнительный фильтр. Прилагается инструкция на английском языке. Я заранее запросила у продавца её на русском языке, прислали без проблем на электронку. Итак, первые впечатления. Я довольна сухой уборкой. Площадь приблизительно 40 квадратов убиралась 1,5 часа. Ёмкость для пыли и мусора была заполнена на половину примерно, у меня трое домашних животных с круглогодичной линькой. У кого есть домашние питомцы, поймут меня . При этом за день до этого уборка была сделана. Преодолевает пороги примерно в 1,5-2,0 см. Это на подъем.

На 5й день курьером к порогу дома в хутор около Новороссийска. Это моя вторая таблетка. Пока все Ок, лучше первой. Чистит, по коврикам скачет, на базу идет. Только время покажет насколько он хорош. Основная проблема в том, что примерно через год аккумуляторам приходит конец... Насколько здесь это решено и посмотрим.
Пылесос прибыл в лучшем виде в короткий срок(две недели). Продавец отличный, респект и уважение ему. Сам товар отслеживал, перенаправлял, обо всех изменениях аккуратно сообщал. Доставили аккуратно до двери.

Вологе прибирання ще не спробував. До речі їхня підтримка теж працює. Інструкція на англійській мові.

Но даже на максимуме работает довольно тихо.Установила приложение на телефон, могу следить за ним.. Довольно удобно. Пока нареканий нет. Продавца рекомендую.

Пылесос классный. Ми назвали свою помощницу РОБИ. Убирает каждый день хорошо, но не заменяет всё равно генуборку. Получила я РОБИ укрпочтой через 8 дней, как и было указано продавцом (в течение 8 дней). Упакован очень красиво, как очень дорогие марки. В комплекте были 2 фильтра, 2 щётки, 2 тряпки для влажной уборки и контейнер для влажной уборки отдельно от контейнера для сухой уборки, также дистанционной пульт управления пылесосом и инструкция на английском языке, но продавец просто чудо - ответил на моё электронное письмо со скоростью света и отправил мне инструкцию на русском языке, а также ответил на все мои вопросы очень быстро. Продавца рекомендую 200%. Самое сложное для меня было это настроить приложение -телефон подключить к пылесосу. На самом деле нужно просто дождаться голоса от пылесоса, когда нажимаете на кнопку пылесоса и удерживайте её до тех пор пока не услышите звук, тогда он даст wifi телефону. Я мучилась 5 часов. А на второй день дошло. Всё как на видео с ютуба.

Я просто в шоке, пылесос прибыл за 2 дня , был на складе в Одессе . Заказывала доставку с Украины. Продавец красавчик ,прислал по моей просьбе инструкцию на русском языке на электронную почту. В комплекте 4 с щетки, 2 тряпки , запасной фильтр, щётка для чистки контейнера. Работает , скачала приложение все ок. Хочу сказать , что ковры от кошачьей шерсти тоже чистит , забирается с лёгкостью за счёт своих высоких колес . Я в восторге и очень рада такому помощнику.
